Information Management Services (IMS) is upgrading the existing phone system October 30 – November 1. During this time you may experience intermittent phone outages that will last 10-15 minutes. This will affect all UT Health San Antonio locations.
In preparation for the upgrade, we will not perform any updates to our phone system October 26 – November 1, which includes name changes, new telephone installations, disconnects, etc. All requests submitted for these changes will resume on November 2.
