Texas Public Radio: A new name and a big investment for the UT San Antonio School of Public Health

The University of Texas at San Antonio (UT San Antonio) celebrates a milestone with the naming of the Kate Marmion School of Public Health. The name change is the result of a $30 million contribution from the Kate Marmion Charitable Foundation, in honor of the granddaughter of the late former Texas Governor Dolph Briscoe Jr. Vasan Ramachandran, MD, FACC, dean of the Kate Marmion School of Public Health, was quoted in this article.
