As conditions continue to worsen in Ukraine, UT Health San Antonio faculty, staff, students and residents may be wondering which organizations they can trust to provide aid to those in need. Here are two to consider:
- The United for Ukraine Global Fund, part of United Way Worldwide, is designated to support the millions of people who have fled Ukraine and are displaced due to the conflict. The organization also assists those who remain in Ukraine with transportation, shelter, food, medicine and critical child care supplies, including infant formula and diapers, as well as hygiene kits, medical supplies and more.
- In addition, individuals may coordinate the donation of requested supplies through Ukrainian San Antonio.
