University leaders are closely following the weather forecast from the National Weather Service regarding anticipated freezing temperatures and freezing rain over the weekend.
At this time, we anticipate normal operations as scheduled for Monday, Jan. 26. We will continue to monitor conditions over the weekend and will communicate any changes or updates on Sunday evening through UT Health San Antonio channels, which are separate from other UT San Antonio communications:

Across the university, facilities crews are preparing for freezing temperatures and the possibility of frozen precipitation Saturday night and Sunday morning by treating streets and walkways. Safety remains our priority during this winter weather event. We encourage you to stay aware of local conditions and use your best judgment when traveling, as ice is not always easily visible on roadways or walkways.
