As of May 27, the My Service Center catalog now supports UT Print service requests for stationery, printing, copy services, posters, banners, wide-format printing, promotional items, hallway copier access and rental copier requests. The new online service request process uses the Team Dynamix platform and has replaced the Service Request Authorization Form (electronic PDF and paper).
With this transition there is a standardized application for requesting, fulfilling and billing services while making the status of print service orders available anytime. All UT Print service requests should be initiated using the My Service Center. Look for additional details and tips in the coming weeks.
