Volunteers are needed in a variety of roles to help with the upcoming picnic for UT Health San Antonio faculty and staff.
The picnic, hosted by the Office of the President and the Special Events Council (SEC), will be held on Tuesday, July 3, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., in the courtyard and Holly foyer on the Long campus.
Volunteers are needed for the set-up, to assist in the food lines and to manage the cake walk. Most importantly, cakes are needed for the cake walk.
