The UT Health San Antonio Multispecialty and Research Hospital is expected to open in 2024. When complete, the hospital will be eight stories tall; will house 12 operating rooms, 144 beds and state-of-the-art technology; and have a sky bridge connecting it to the Mays Cancer Center, home to UT Health San Antonio MD Anderson. The hospital will offer specialty care in cancer, orthopaedics, urology, and thoracic and bariatric surgery.
