March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness month and the UT Health Science Center wants you to get screened for your risk. They are hosting a free event on Friday, March 4 that allows you to walk through a large, inflatable colon. The display contains examples of healthy colon tissue, polyps, Crohn’s disease and cancerous tissue. Attendees will also be able to get a free colon cancer risk assessment.
