With San Antonio institutions partnering with Latin America today on a wide range of educational initiatives, Former Mayor Henry Cisneros is proposing that the city move forward with the creation of a University of the Americas, to make San Antonio the educational center of the growing collaboration between Western Hemisphere nations, News Radio 1200 WOAI has learned.
