UT San Antonio study finds lowering blood pressure benefits brain health

A new study from UT Health San Antonio shows that even a small decrease in blood pressure can have a positive effect in delaying the progression of cerebral small vessel disease. Small vessel disease is a major factor in strokes, cognitive decline, dementia and other diseases prevalent in old age.
