From the Chief Operating Officer: UT Health San Antonio COVID-19 update

As a result of the unprecedented spike in COVID-19 cases fueled by the fast-moving omicron variant, UT Health San Antonio is executing the following actions to help keep our employees and learners safe and help avert an even worse surge that is already overwhelming urgent care centers and emergency departments in our community.


IDs will not be processed Jan. 11 and 12

The UT Police Parking Services Office will not be processing or creating new UT Health San Antonio ID badges on Jan. 11 and 12 because the system will be offline for necessary upgrades. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our university is currently vetting state and federal rules regarding vaccine requirements and how they may or may not apply to our organization. We will navigate through the current environment — federal mandates to new variants — with our highest priority always on safety.


Campus shuttle holiday schedule

December 1, 2021

Campus Shuttle Service will be suspended during the week of Dec. 27-31. Open parking will be allowed during this week in the non-reserve surface spaces.
