Health professional schools celebrate commencement, academic milestones

When the 1,190 spring and summer graduates of The University of Texas at San Antonio’s six health professional schools walk across commencement stages this weekend, they will begin the next chapter of careers and advanced training dedicated to improving health and well-being. The achievement is the culmination of countless hours spent in laboratories and study rooms, lecture halls and clinical spaces.






Class of 2026 medical students match to residencies on Match Day

Medical sciences bachelor’s program prepares students for graduate programs

The Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences program, offered through the School of Health Professions, provides a rigorous science curriculum, clinical practicums and personalized support to help students prepare their applications to graduate medical, dental, physician assistant and other health science professional degree programs.
