Alan Y. Sakaguchi, Ph.D., associate professor in the Department of Cellular and Structural Biology, and Sara L. The American Academy of Periodontology has named Michael P. Mills, D.M.D., as its Outstanding Periodontal Educator Award. Dr Mills is a clinical associate professor with teaching responsibilities in the postdoctoral division of the Department of Periodontics in the School of Dentistry.
